Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Cuddle Baby Wear. We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- In the same original condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or Clearance Items: All sales are final unless the item is defective.
- Gift Cards.
- Customized or personalized items.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Within 30 days of delivery, please contact our customer service team before sending any item back.

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Await Instructions
We will respond with:
- Approval for your return/exchange request.
- Instructions on where to send the package (our warehouse address in Karachi, Pakistan).
- A Return Authorization Number to include with your parcel.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior approval and a Return Authorization Number.
4. Exchanges (Defective or Wrong Items)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the incorrect item. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for such issues, including clear photographs of the defect or the wrong item received.
If you need to exchange a defective item for the same one, we will arrange a replacement once we receive the returned item. Exchanges for size or color are subject to availability and must be requested within the 30-day period.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 working days. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment used during the purchase:
- Bank Transfer Refunds: For customers who paid via bank transfer.
- EasyPaisa/JazzCash Refunds: For customers who paid via mobile money services.
Please Note: We do not offer refunds to credit/debit cards, as we do not process card payments directly.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the returned item back to our warehouse.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective/wrong item).
We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive untracked or uninsured returns, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Double-check your bank or mobile money account statement.
- Contact your bank or mobile money service provider, as processing times can vary.
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cuddlebabywear.com with your order details.
8. Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit (for use on our website) once the return is received and approved.
If the item was purchased by a gift giver and shipped to them first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
